Getting perma ban for what

This server is good and all but like fr i got perma banned for accidentally stabbing somebody and every single staff member i directly messaged just read it and never even responded like what. All i wanted was some feedback.

just like i got the simplest response on my ban appeal and not even a message back when i had simple question

Hey go to the ban appeals section they won't give you any more of an answer here. 

 

But it is one of the main rules. No VDM or RDM and you by the sounds of it broke one of those main rules.

No yea i know go read my forum about it, it wasnt intentional and they already closed the appeal and didnt give me any actual feedback. i messaged multi people to just get feedback because they didnt give any straight forward answer just some half assed reply. Plus the people i message didn't even respond.

They won't give you anymore of a reply just asking on here. Go into discord and go into a voicechat with one or open another appeal and ask for more information. I feel if they aren't giving you more information there is probably more to your ban than you're telling us.
