i meet a lot of people that don't talk just run around you for minutes and it has the ability to really freak you out

Could be a combination of 2 things. 1 being they are new players and are having a difficult time with their voice settings. 2 you might need to turn on and off your voice settings also or key up a radio. They infact might be talking you just can't hear them.
